I would disable the Steam workshop thing as from my own experience it interferes with added user content by replicating some parts of your install.

the way you have done it looks fne, but somehow the games default teams are still there, so i would also do a search of the logo/and or kit folders for configs that should not be there and delete them.

You need to adjust the tolerance depending on the depth of shading colours - alhtough the vid says 33, i use mostly 88-133 which gets rid of most rubbish quickly, but thats just the basics - i use that and combinations of the eraser tool, marqee tool, magnetic lasso or anything that does the job.

Remember though that it's mostly about experience - I've been doing this for around 8 years now and I still cant get a lot of things right, mostly the pen tool which comes in very handy sometimes.

So, here is the final Update for FM15 - 900+ logos including the above fix which also have some new for FM16 id's so dont expect to see them in game quite yet

Thanks to everyone who posted up or sent pictures in, also thanks to great sites like VFLnet, greatfootball and BOTW without whom a lot of what we do would not be possible

Extract the update file to your Docs/Sports Interactive folder and let it overwrite to update the configs.

No idea as i've never watched them tbh - when I taught myself PS there was very little help available, and tbh if I can learn in my late 40's then I'm sure anyone can pick it up.

I use the Magic Wand tool a lot so this one should be a good place to start.

Kremmen, the logo of the Toyota League Cup in Thailand. Shouldn't the white part of the Toyota logo be made transparant rather than white?

You need to open the config up and change the Netherlands and Gibraltar lines to this

<record from="214394" to="graphics/pictures/team/214394/logo"/>
<record from="784" to="graphics/pictures/team/784/logo"/>

This means though that all the other logos will not work as before, so put these 2 logos in a seperate folder (normal_2 say) and use the changed config - should go alright.

Well i cant see your pics as I dont have your Google cloud password, but generally the Netherlands logo is a bit of a pain as they have their own licensing agreement with SI. It works fine in my pack, but you still cant have it facing the right way

I would usually say that thats due to incorrect installation, and if the standard logos are still showing thats probably right.

I get sent so many logos i simply dont get time to double check everything and some just slip through unoticed.

Still, only 5 erors this pack is quite small tbh.
