Disable the flag config in

C:\Users\your-name\Documents\Sports Interactive\football manager 2016\graphics\pictures\flags\large

and all nations will have their FA badge.

Without seeing a screenshot of you intallation folders I cant really say why this is, except that in 99.99% of cases it is incorrect installation.

Well the game usually defaults to the C drive as the userdata folder - if you have your game installed anywhere else you may have to manually alter the location in preferences, but if you have your own graphic content installed in a different place than the game is looking for it will default to it's own graphics in the fmf folder in the Steam installation.

Can get complicated - I have 3 different locations for my Steam files so you gotta keep track sometimes

There isn't any of them.
I have added new config ( FM Graphics Configurator )

There are 56 Swedish logos in the next pack which will be on the site in a few days, but I've checked Sweden thoroughly and there's not one single missing one now as far as i can see - hopefully it's all good new.
