Seriously considering doing the Dale's walk next summer for charity, I want some sort of incentive to get myself into shape and if a seventy mile walk doesn't motivate me then nothing will, plus it could be a lot of fun if the wife, some friends and myself did it together.

6 without a win. Coincides with a mental run of very, very tough fixtures and a lack of personnel, but we were close to full strength today and Hull bossed us from start to finish. Of course, a lot of that's down to Hull being a very good team, even if their manager's a grade A tosser.

Gutted, we pissed away a 2-0 lead to draw 2-2. Things are looking pretty bleak.

Shame as it would have been a great day for me with Villa and Gresley winning.

Haha, Work has stalled a little due to me having to do extra hours at work over Christmas but I'm hoping to have it completed by the new year.

Yeovil at home for us, I'm praying for three points today having not won in fifteen games. As much as I like Dean Smith I think his go to excuse of good bunch of young players but no money has worn thin, He needs to turn this around somehow and fast.
Flo Cuvellier is back from injury which should help in the creativity department which has been lacking recently.

Have to lose weight then so it doesn't hurt as much.

Yeah

All you need to do is to register the game via your Steam account. If you log into your Steam account from which ever computer in the world, you will be able to install FM to that computer and play it.

I've done something to my ankle, The wife and I went jogging last together last night, Whilst approaching a large puddle which Kayla avoided quite easily by running around the edge as any normal person would, But me being a true Olympian decided to long jump over it, Not noticing the layer of ice just beneath the water. I of course went arse over tit.

It's not broken as I can put weight down onto it, It's just very painful to do so.

Agreed. I've only struggled with tactics which utilise high levels of closing down, so I strongly suspect that's what may be giving some people a little bit of grief this year. The deeper defensive line also helps counteract the ME's issue with throughballs behind the CBs. The game is as easy as ever, it's just a matter of understanding that this new ME, unlike the one before it, doesn't cater quite as much for high pressing, high tempo, direct passing (aside from CBs not being able to deal with balls behind them).

That's what I've been using, I just tailor my formation to counter whatever threats the opposition may have in the line-up.
Those settings have been very successful, I conceded very few goals, Although on the flip side I rarely score more than two goals in game as the forwards can be quite isolated with the defensive line so deep. This can be countered by using the 'pump ball into box' shout if you have forwards who are good at heading.

I find that playing with a deep defensive line and telling my players not to close down works well, I'm in 2032 and have only just entered triple figures in terms of games lost.

You can't swap them, You need to go into the editor and delete whoever you want to be, In your case Paul Scholes, Otherwise there will be two ginger gremlins running around.

Make sure when you save the editor date you do 'save as' and give it a name otherwise you will overwrite the default data and Scholes as a player will be gone for good.

Hi, a quick question regarding starting a new game. You see, when I have read FM stories online, many people claim to be using real managers, and have a real picture to match, for example, one story had someone managing an italian team with a real Italian player, it had his real picture and the news article roughly said "TEAM have announced PLAYER as their new manager, he had XX caps for his country"

So how is this done? Do you create a normal manager and then edit him/her with FMRTE? Because I would love to start a managerial career with someone like Paul Scholes.

That is more the sort of thing I was looking for, but I'd prefer something without the stupid tree. What trees have to do with football or southampton, im not sure.

It's supposed to represent the New Forest which is close to Southampton.

Apparently Paul McCartney is going to do a show with the surviving members of Nirvana to benefit the victims of hurricane Sandy. Metal Hammer

I can't see this being a success, Surely Chris Cornell or having Dave Grohl both sing and play drums would be more appealing to Nirvana fans.

I've not been doing so well in he SPL though unfortunatly, I can't get any consistancy at the moment so it may be another season or two before I complete Scotland.
