I've 'unlocked' the English 7th and 8th tiers but when trying to manage Grantham Town, they don't show as being eligible for the FA Trophy. Looking further into this, I can only see that this competition starts in the 3rd preliminary round, whereas in real life, Grantham should start in the first preliminary round (http://www.granthamjournal.co.uk/sport/football/grantham-town-s-fa-trophy-journey-begins-at-basford-1-7040023).

Does anyone know how to fix this within the editor please and maybe allow the FA Trophy to run from the first preliminary round?

I found this out too when I was in tier 9 and half way through the season before i realised!!!

I'm working to correct this for both the fa trophy and fa vase however it is a bit more difficult than previous years hopefully ill have it ready soon and when I do I will upload

SEPTEMBER-NOVEMBER

http://imageshack.com/a/img910/6757/Jaf30M.png

New signing Troy Wallen got off the mark in his second game for the club helping take a 3-1 victory at Hullbridge and once he started he couldn't stop!! Wallen got another brace against Enfield which wasn't enough to salvage even a point, then the 22 year old front man netted a hat trick en route to a 3-1 win versus Newham and his streak continued as we managed to take Ryman premier side Wingate & finchley to a replay. The scoreline of 2-0 was flattering for the home side to say the least we created 3 very good chances and had we taken them we would have had little bit of fa cup glory no matter how small but it wasn't to be.

It was a mixed bag of results in October we were still looking pretty good in the table occupying 5th though, but 3 defeats and 10 goals conceded in 6 games was certainly not a month to dwell on and the 3-2 defeat against local rivals Basildon only made matters worse.

Only 3 games in November and it was 1 win 1 draw 1 loss and now we were sitting 8th in the table, with a few wins strung together we can certainly mount a strong top half finish and I have certainly seen enough so far to know the team is capable of it. A win at the end of November was a great way to start the turnaround, we were the underdogs and managed to grind out a hard fought win over then 4th placed Barking. Looking forward to December and hoping we can pick up the points.

ESSEX SENIOR LEAGUE (TIER 9)

http://imageshack.com/a/img908/8067/rdSgei.png

The board's expectations were a top half finish whilst the media were tipping us to finish 3rd. Last season we finished 2nd could I go one better this year?

PRE-SEASON

http://imageshack.com/a/img633/8382/WME1Py.png

It's fair to say it was a poor pre-season, I arrived prior to the intra squad friendly on 13/07/2015 and watched from the stands as the under 21's were able to turn over the first team 4-2. There was however an impressive display from young striker Nick Fallon bagging 2 goals and putting in a performance of maturity which then prompted me to hand the 19 year old a contract and bring him into the first team squad. this was the only positive from the game though and there was certainly a lot of work ahead of us.

After missing out on my first choice target, by not being able to meet his wage demands, I managed to bring in my second choice striker in the form of Troy Wallen from Coleshill and now tipping over the wage budget I will only be looking for loans or players on non contracts, the latter of which is hard to find for good quality players.

So onto the opening month's league fixtures.

A very pleasing start to the campaign with 3 wins and 1 defeat and with the team still getting to grips with my philosophies I was hoping it could only get better.

Hi guys, I believe this will be my first ever post on here even though I've been registered and using the downloads since 2009!! I used to post on another fansite so im not all new to the scene but after scouring the net around the release of fm16 sortitoutsi feels right for me. Anyway on to the career...

So I'll break down how my career is starting:
  • Downloaded the additional leagues down to level 10 of the english pyramid from fmscout (sorry )
  • starting unemployed
  • sunday league footballer experience
  • no coaching licenses
Wanting to keep it as realistic as possible I applied for 3 local teams that had vacancies they were:
  • Basildon
  • Bowers & Pitsea
  • Hullbridge Sports
All teams are around a 15 minute drive away form me (here in essex). After having interviews at each I was spoilt for choice as I was offered all 3 jobs, after looking at various aspects of each of the clubs e.g. finances, expectations and media prediction I opted for Bowers and so my career begins!!!!

I should also mention I have turned off transfer window at the start of the game and added players and key staff because at this level youd be lucky to have even a handful of players or any staff.
