I've downloaded the FM26 face pack which is 12gb. I've extracted the folder but when I go into the face pack folder itself, all I get is a loading sign. I've left this for over 4 hours and nothing shows. I know it's a big file but surely after this long it should show the faces. If I drag it to my faces folder will they show in game?

Hi all tried to follow this guide, facepack is not working. Found for some reason I have 2 sports interactive folders so followed and did for both locations but no luck. I did have them working in the past but found having loads of graphics seriously slowed my game down so removed them. I'm just playing about with the AFC Richmond database that includes the graphics, faces, logo and kits. They are saved in the same graphics folder as the logos, I have a logo, faces, kits and trophes folder in the graphics folder. Only ones not working is faces. Can anyone help?

Ok got kits and logos working. Had to change the club ID on text filles to match the in game ID's. Guessing will need to do the same with all the player ID's?

Followed the install guide but logo kits and faces are not showing up in the game. I've clear cache and done the usual to have new graphics show in game but nothing. Can someone please help?
