I want to give you an advice, if you don't mind.
Your Aston Villa colours are too bright, here are the ones you could try – #96004D #AECCEC
Did you use outer glow on "Lion" pattern? You shouldn't. Just make them black with low opacity.
Also try to make higher margin, I mean more space between "Lions"

Cardiff has too big sponsor and is also missing these seams

To be honest I only make them for my own game, I just upload them on here for if anyone wants them, while I would agree with you, I'm far from a perfectionist but they look fine 'in game'
