Of course I shouldn't whinge, but I'm curious why do other worse sources are cut while my not so bad ones are treated like unseen... Here is alternative source, the players I put here are in most cases very talented youngsters, therefore it's hard to find their good pics with clear background. I try to find the best appropriate one and for some players I devoted even hours to find the best source, possible-cut source, so, please forgive me and understand my exasperation when I wait a month for a cut.

Here is an alternative source for Serban if U say the previous one is impossible for decent cut, maybe this one is better?

Based on the fact this is the current seasons photo, the one in the pack is 2-3 seasons at least old, he never shaves his head anymore
