Many countries in the world have a break from the games because of the temperature in winter or in summer. The only break from the game in my project is the period between the end and the start of the season that is the month of June and two weeks of July.

Sorry guys, I had a two-month break. A few days ago I resumed work on a patch . As winter update that introduced a lot of changes and thus caused a lot of mistakes in my patch to repair it will take me some time. So I decided to first create a starter pack of the 120 most important countries and I think it will take me about a week.

1. Unpack with 7zip (winrar may not works properly)
2. Destination folder Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\editor data
3. Open FM, start new game. Now you are in configuration screen, select choosen countries, go next
4. There you can select leagues (you should be able to see all these levels I created) and additional options
5. Start new game.

Applied general changes for Africa and created Isle of Man - 2 levels with 28 clubs.

Update 11/01/16

General changes (applied yet only on Africa and files in "non-FIFA" folder)

- changed substitutions from 6 of 12 to 3 of 9
- reworked discipline rules:
yellow cards from sequence of 2,3,4 to 5,10,15 with 1/2/3 match bans (much more lenient)
red cards now have additional 2 bans after sequence of 3 red cards
- added second match to supercups and moved the date by two weeks later

Improved weaker in football countries:
- added basic objects for training, youth couching and youth facilities, also improved youth recruitment (all to 4 (4/20))
- changed morale to 10 for all clubs (more unpredictability)
- set up small financial balance and added small income
- set up stadium attendences, ticket prices for match, season and number of season ticket holders (after the first season is more normalized)
- improved youth rating for countries by 5-10
- added many new transfer preferences and scouting knowledge based on neighboring countries
- transfer activities are more open to the world (removed various locks)

Minor corrects:
- changes nationality in Monaco for few players
- added few stadiums in Vatican

Sexwolf, yes, from what I saw in the editor international competitions are very flexible to editing and can create very interesting things but it requires a lot of work and above all, it requires a lot of practice and testing to make sure everything worked properly. At the moment I can not do it alone because I do not have that much time on it and to continue the project. I'll try to find someone to help.

Saraiva98, first 4 tiers have 1 league, next tiers usually have groups and it depend on number of clubs in specific country. You can chceck it in game
