Good win away at Blackpool! Great atmosphere we didn't play that well and to be fair Blackpool deserved a draw. As they played well despite there goal being a bad mix up between Hanley and Evans and Robinson should have saved the shot. Gestede scored 2 for us and was brilliant again! With a good finish and a great header!

I apologize for the lack of updates as despite returning home I have been very busy. So here is a few more games after this update. I will be posting back to 2 games an update with descriptions! In this update the last 2 games we were awful and we are threatening to not go up automatically

mainly due to injures and awful fitness alot have players have had to play in unfamiliar positions especially in defence which is not ideal. More injures in this update too means we are really struggling.

Yeah they weren't good. Beckford was shit in particular. When 1-0 up we did not sit back but tried to get a second. But I think that killed us in the end.

Still quite alot of fans on the Blackburn forums wanting Bowyer out which for me is ridiculous. Best manager we have under venkys and he has turned us around. One defeat in about 15 games as well. Some of his decisions tonight were poor but it's not time for him to go not by a long way for me.just because our fringe team lost in the capital one cup if you were sacked for that a fair few Championship managers would be losing there jobs..

Terrible!! Shocking as you say. We can put out a very strong first eleven IMO but the team that started tonight was probably league 1 standard. Not starting a proper striker too, I'd have given Gestede a start cos he didn't have much of a pre-season and then we could have took him off after an hour after he'd done the business.

And yeah why put the most prolific scorer outside the PL on the bench if you're not going to bring him on when you're 1-0 down? Not happy.

I know so poor. I agree Gestede should have started. I think 10 changes was too many really. Stunned we didn't bring Rhodes on. Gestede, Conway and Cairney are all great players but we really needed a goal and Rhodes is the best option for that!

Decent point against Cardiff we should have won the game as we domainted the second half possession wise but we couldn't create any real chances. We should have had a penalty early on as well as Hudson was clearly inside the area when he handled. Overall it's a decent draw. Cracking goal by Cairney too!
