I think I got about £2.2 million and £20k for wages.
Going to stick a pin in it at the moment. Until the full release is out. It all seems to buggy to enjoy a long game.

Cheers mate. We've got a tough task getting to the last 16 though!
Hopefully Borges is half as good this year as last.

Goalkeeper
This is a position I can look at one of two ways. I can either try and keep Forster happy and look for a very young keeper. Or I could sell Forster and look for a new first choice. As for back-up Zaluska will be good enough for the league matches and a cup run, but I would look for someone more permanent.
Key Player:
Right back looks set from the go. You have Matthews who if you play will become excellent. There is also Lustig who I'll be using in the Champions League as he is better defensively.
This is another position that is pretty solid. I have young Chalmers coming through the ranks and a good attacking threat in Izaguirre.
Key Player:
This is a position that could use some improvement. I'll probably go with Mulgrew and rotating Ambrose and van Dijk as my first choice. Muyoloko should provide decent cover but I might should look for a young homegrown no nonsense centre back.
Key Player:
Here you have club captain Brown who will be the heart of midfield. I will look at bringing in a long term replacement for him. My first choice partnership would be Brown and Ledley.
Key Player:
This is a position that desperately needs strengthened. I want to bring in someone experienced to contrast the pace and flair of Forrest.
Possibly the clubs strongest position. I won't have to even think about it for a few seasons. When Samaras and Commons leave I'll make sure I have a youngster at the club to back up Boerrigter.
Key Player:
Although Commons is naturally a wide midfielder, I found he plays best behind a lone striker. I'll look at bringing in a creative player or maybe in an older player to fill the tranquiesta role as a sub.
Key Player:
The squad has plenty of strikers including Bangura and Watt out on loan. However I think we lack a 25 goal striker, someone who's deadly inside the box. That will be my number one target.
Key Player:
I'm going with the classic 442 along with variants of the 451. I'm going to play a fast, fluid and direct attacking game..

Why play as Celtic?
Celtic is one of the world's most popular clubs with one of the largest and best fan bases in modern football. Scottish football is at a low point in its history. We cannot compete with the spending power of clubs in England or mainland Europe. My goal is, ultimately, to progress in Europe on a budget that some clubs would laugh at. Can I repeat that of Jock Stein or Martin O'Neill and put Europe's mightiest to the sword?
The ins and outs
There was a lot of movement at the club in a summer which seen, arguably, our two best players leave. Pukki , Bitton, Boerrigter, Mouyokolo and Balde all arrived to ease the pain of losing Hooper and Wanyama. Can they replicate their importance to the squad? Only time will tell. Overall the squad is weakened but still more than capable to dominating the reformed SPFL.
Season Expectations
As expected the board wants me to bring the League Trophy home where it belongs. They also want to see the club in the Champions League Group Stage on a regular basis.
Champions: £2.2m for transfers / £400k for wages (currently spending £380k)
Finances
The clubs finances are very good as you can see. With no debts and a projected profit this shouldn't be a worry anywhere in the near future.
Stadium and Facilities
Celtic Park is one of the UK's biggest stadiums with a capacity of 60,355. The board are unlikely to agree an expansion at present, but after a few years once attendance's have improved then they should agree.
As for the training facilities Lennoxtown is excellent. Pair that with a good coaching set up and I should see some good results. The youth facilities are also good and should see the club produce some good regens.

I agree with Franck about Tony Watt. He turned out amazing in my Celtic career and I've been getting £15M plus offers.

Just a few bad results spoil a good run of games. We dropped 10 points, thats too many for just the months of November and December. I think this was because of a focus on the Champions League nights. 7 points from the final fixers booked us a place in the last 16 where we face champions Bayern Munich.
The bad news is key player Kris Commons was ruled out for 3 months at very crucial time in his career with a torn hamstring.

Each tactic will have a secondary strategy for controlling the match (e.g. 2-0 up after 70 mins). Both formations produce fairly similar heat maps in the analysis as I hoped but the 451 seem to push up slightly more whereas 442 seems to have more of a focal attacking point.
Moving on to the squad. I've went through and after a few months of contract talks here is where I am. Each transfer wind I’m going to update this spreadsheet that mainly focuses on the next two season and also long term.
As you can see I need to sing a few youth players to fill the squad up but that will come in the youth intake. For the first team I'll look to keep Commons, Samaras and George on and keep an eye on Mouykolo's contract demands.
All teams will play the same tactic from the u19 to the first team, the first team will consist of 25 players and the reserve/u19 will have 16. I will not be paying for players to fill any of the sub spots (unless its very small fees e.g. £40k), and I will always look to promote a player before I buy.

Won every league match in September and October and beat Rangers in the League Cup. In the Champions League we picked up 2 points in 3 tough matches. A win over Hibs booked us a place in the League Cup semi-final against Motherwell.

The league hasn't got off to the best start as we sit 4th behind Inverness, Ross County and Kilmarnock. The main thing is we haven't lost. My goal is to reach at least January undefeated and get the tally up to over 2 goals/game.
We put out Shirak, Maribor and HJK to reach the Champions League group stage where we drew Man City, Porto and Olympiakos. Racking up a tidy £7.2 million in the process. We also drew Rangers in the League Cup 3rd round.
In other news the board have agreed to upgrade both the youth and training facilities costing a grand total of £4 million and will be completed September 2014.

What I want to install in the club is a philosophy somewhat like Barcelona or Ajax.
1. Play attractive and entertaining football with and end product.
2. A hard working and team oriented squad.
3. Focus on brining youth through the system (u19 to reserves to the first team).
First thing I done was set-up the pre-season training programme. Get the lads fitness up and used to the new tactics for the new season. 2/3 weeks of this and then mix it up.
I brought in a few of my own coaches to improve the standard at the club. It isn't the finished article, but I'll do until the end of the season. I still need to upgrade a few areas such as attacking/technical coaches. I could do with a few more scouts, I’ve only really got the UK & Ireland, Scandinavia and central Europe sorted the now.
Transfer budgets are disabled in the first window to give me a better feel for the squad. I'll wait until January to make my first signing and start sending scouts to have a thorough look at targets in November.
Decent results over pre-season to go undefeated and win all but the match against Anderlecht. It gave me a real chance to give all but a few u19's a run out and see what they can do. I've settled on an adventurous 4-5-1 with no centre mids but I'm not sure how it'll go down in the SPL.

Portuguese u21 international Francisco Pinto joined the club and should lighten the load on our defenders. He has a good mentality that should hopefully see him go far in the game.
Jim Fraser joins us on loan from Dundee United until the end of the season, he offers options up front and on either wing.
The pacey winger should stop us relying so much on Rory McKenzie

Artem Milevskyi is a proven goal scorer with European experience. He joins until the end of the season at 60% of his weekly wage.
Atrem Milevskyi hit the net twice on his debut as we beat Killie 3-0. Scott Brown got the other goal in the second half to round off the win.
A big Scottish Cup win for the youngsters. Anthony Stokes repaid my faith in him scoring an incredible 4 goals. New boys Java Nekouanm and Atrem Milevskyi also netted.

Another win and another clean sheet. Captain Scott Brown got the only goal of the game to bring home the points. The win moved us 15 points clear at the top.

Gary Mackay-Steven adds a bit more flair to the squad - I've lined him up as a long term replacement for Kris Commons. The winger played a hand in 7 goals this season and set us back £1.5m.
Another good win takes us to seven on the bounce. We made it 2-0 before half time and failed to make the same impact second half.

Javad Nekounam joins on an 18 month contract, with the option of an extra year. He will play a big role in the last 16 of the Champions League and stop me having to rely on Victon Wanayama so much. I believe we have the 32 year old tied down for his best years.
Kris Commons hit a double before going off injured - ruling him out for a month. Gary Hooper came off the bench to seal the win in injury time.

Another big win and Tony Watt nets twice, again. Joe Ledley netted half an hour in before Charlie Mulgrew rounded things off with a trademark free kick.
The trip to the capital was decided by a single goal. Victor Wanyama smashed it from the end of the area to give Ben Williams no chance.

Paul Dummett has been impressing on loan at St. Mirren this season and I couldn't resist snapping the left back up at only £50k.
Tony Watt just doesn't seem to stop scoring and has risen to the top of the SPL scoring charts. Gary Hooper came off the bench after 6 weeks on the sidelines.
A very tough task for us to progress to the next round. Man City sit top of the Premiership so they are in good form and have spent £33m so far this season.
Gary Hooper made his first start since injury and netted just before half time. The win takes us 10 points clear at the top.

Another bore draw with not much to mention. The European hangover kicked in and the squad needed a rest.
A rejuvenated squad bounced back with style. Tony Watt continues his goal scoring form hitting a brace before Kris Commons, Tom Rogic and Scott Brown netted.
