We've had an excellent start to the season and sit 4th place in the table. We have got some tough fixtures out the way and managed to beat Celtic at Parkhead and draw with Rangers in the opening game of the season. I also made two new midfield signings to give me more options.

We had a decent pre-season to get the legs going again and the confidence up. I brought in 4 new players in different positions. We also set up a link with Liverpool

I brought in Robbie Thomson after he was released by Celtic as a long term replacement for Scott Fox and finally stop us relying on a loan back-up.

Ross Smith had a good season on loan last year and I brought him in from Dundee United permanently for free.

The next player in was Wilson Palacios a big name for us and should help in the heart of the pitch.

Clark Robertson is another player to return after a successful loan spell at the club. He was part of the squad that got promoted from the First Division.

Rory Mckenzie had an excellent season and was named Young Player of the Year. He is a big part of my long term plans for the club.

Nicky Clark stopped Kris Doolan picking up the award for the 3rd year in a row. He also came 3rd place in the FW Player of the Year and named in the Team of the Year.

For our first season in the SPL I think we done very well. We have a good group of players although a few will be leaving, the skeleton of the squad remains intact. The strikers impressed again making us the second highest scoring team in the league behind Champions Celtic.

The way money is at the club it looks like I'll be bargain hunting and looking for loans or frees again this season. I think I'll need a few defenders and midfielders but should be fine with the quality we have up front.

I had another successful year in the transfer market. The stand out signing has to be winger Rory Mckenzie who I picked up for free, scoring 10 goals and chipping in with 13 assists from midfield.

The bad form continued for the final two months of the season and we slipped to 6th place on the last fixture of the season. We do however have a strong skeleton to build on next season and will definitely be in the mix for a Europa League spot. Meanwhile Dundee have been taken over by a local businessman.

Our form has taken a massive dip the past two months and we've fallen to 4th and a massive turn around will be needed to secure European football next year. Things looked to back on the up after a massive win over Motherwell, but fell apart again in March. Despite the clubs wage bill being the lowest in the league we are leaking money every month and constantly needing investment.

Decent results over the festive period mate, not sure about Andre Santos though, I would never sign a defender with such low work rate and determination attributes, he's not even that good at tackling.

I was in dire need of one plus he doubles as a scout.

It been a great two months for the club, we've reached 3rd place and Europa League football is a real possibility next season. If we can maintain our form the next month I don't see the runners up spot out of reach. The board offered me the chance to upgrade our expectations and I made two very good additions to the squad to help achieve this.

First in was former Arsenal player Andre Santos to help our left back problem. He will spend the rest of the season at the club before I decide on extending his stay.

We have continued to overachieve and sit with a real chance of Europa League football next season if we can keep it up. If I can keep this squad together and add a few players next season I see us as a challenge for 2nd place. The highlight has to be the 6-3 epic with Kilmarnock. Meanwhile Dundee United have been taken over but it's yet to be seen if there will be much investment.

Looks like a great start to this, Partick are a good club. Nobody else think McEvoy looks like a hairy Gareth Bale?

Out of interest - how is Christie Elliott doing? I used to play with him last year before he moved up there and wondered how FM perceived him

Yeah they are but none of the players are on long term deals and want major wage rises. Yeah I thought that when I got offered him from Spurs.

He's been doing about a goal every other game and most from the bench so pretty good so far.

We've had an excellent start to the season, I didn't except us to be so high in the table. I was very happy with the draw against Celtic. Season ticket sales are on the up from last year, but still only a fifth of the stadium. Kris Doolan was inducted into the club legends.

We had a crap run in pre-season but all of the fixtures were to raise some much needed funds. I wasn't able to get a natural left back so I will be training a lot of players to play in more positions. The club also set up a link with Tottenham meaning we get some of their youngsters on loan.

Another young versatile player joins the squad, Ross Docherty was released from Livingston and signed a three year deal with us.

Kilmarnock let their hottest prospect Rory Mckenzie go on a free transfer so I snapped him up on the longest deal I could. He is a big part of my plans for the future.

Sbragia is an excellent Ass Man for lower rep sides. I had him on a previous save. Bertoni looks a player, gonna' struggle to bring in the numbers that you want on that budget but I hope you manage it!

Yeah I've had him before too, need a whole new background set-up. It will be tough but if I can get a parent team and a few loans it should work out.

Luca Bertoni is a product of AC Milan he is a natural replacement for Paul Paton and I believe has more potential.

The squad has performed exceptionally the past season. We have a strong squad but look to lose 11 of them due to contracts and loans expiring. We still have out excellent up front partnership of Nicky Clark, Kris Doolan and Christie Elliott, who scored 68 goals between them.

Going into next season I am going to have to bargain hunt very well and add at least 10 players to the squad, especially the defence.

There was a lot of transfer activity this season, my best signing has to be Nicky Clark who got was named First Division Signing of the Season. We also made a huge profit, despite this our balance looks grim.

It was a good year for Scottish football as Celtic lifted the Europa League in a repeat of Seville 2003.

The most difficult part of this challenge is winning the Europa League with a non-OF team I think. That will take some doing!

I know mate not sure whether to move and try or stay.
