To be fair I didn't have that much resources to work with and I started at the bottom of the table and was still rebuilding the squad. I think they're going down anyway so might be a good time to get sacked..
Oh well, back to the job centre it is.
Vercoe: Thanks buddy! Hope to keep everyone involved interested
Dan: Yeah lasted just as long as the Hyde spell I think. Time to drop back down, hopefully!
Kez: Ups and downs definitely, now's one of the downs though!
Zan: The best didn't exactly happen but it would probably be good to drop back down now!

I think it would be more to build a dynasty with Monaco, CL titles to beat Real Madrid's all time record? Generally I find French regens to be one of the best so building an Arsene-esque dynasty should not be a problem~!

Personally I'm an admirer of Torres I think Chelsea should keep him but I think Torres might be exchanged with Falcao if a deal happens though.

What happened with the transfers though? Could be some Belgian thing?

Honestly, I do think that they should be doing that now even.
Looks extremely good! Pity you let go of Giroud. Giroud seems to be rated quite highly in FM! But nevertheless your results are fantastic KIU!

Right, West Ham. 2 reasons: 1 I was getting b*ttf*ked in Blue Square North. 2 I didn't check where they were I thought it was the Championship. But all is still well.
West Ham United are a club founded in 1895. They were in the Premier Division till the 2013-2014 season where they dropped to the Championship. After struggling there for a few season, they finally finished 23rd in the nPower Championship and relegated to the nPower League 1. Now they are lodged at the bottom of the table, with less players than BSP side Hyde, but with a decent youth team that I will be promoting instantly.
As you can see, our whole team consists only of a few players, with a Norwegian that has been dropped out of the side for British Steel reasons. Mark Noble is causing the club to bleed money with his 44,500 p/w wages and we will be looking to sell him for a hefty sum soon so that we can spread the money around positions for the whole team.
Projected finances do not look so good, wages definitely have to be cut as I can't offer over 300 pw to anyone else right now.
My first match was against Portsmouth not long after I took over, the match was 4-0 to Portsmouth at half time but the youths in my team decided to do better and the match ended 5-3. Not a great start but the team has bags of potential.
Wish me luck.

A bad run of results caused us to slump into the relly zone with not really much going for the team at the moment with injuries to our key players and lack of squad depth. Most players with the exception of the keeper start the match at 80+% due to playing all the fixtures and training so little, so when I saw the job opening, I didn't even look twice and declared my interest for them.
With my reputation still on a high I took the opportunity to jump ship. Any guesses? Clue: They're in the Premier League this season IRL.
Dan: England definitely has not been granting me the warm welcome I would've preferred! But hopefully this next job will change that!
Zan2k9: Look forward to seeing your attempt!! It has just been quite fortunate so far because I have been patient with strengthening key positions with each of the previous teams, but Hyde has just not had a base to start with and it'll probably set me back 1 or 2 seasons as the new club doesn't really have much going for them
Charlie M: Yeah unfortunately I couldn't and I didn't really have the patience to slog it out at the bottom of the table in this league. Hopefully the new opening in England would reap some good results with a good budget and decent rep.

Jumped ship, and ended up in the Blue Square North where I hope to bolster my reputation. (Even though Brighton were "flattered" to be linked with me)
Squad looks decent, with one Italian striker so he's out of the club/ in the reserves for sure. A few of the players are on non-contracts though and wont accept my part time contracts so I will probably lose some of them if they are quality.
Besides, the scouting is abysmal and we probably won't be finding any cheap good deals at the moment so this is all I have to work with. 16 players in the squad. Let's make this work.
I'll stay with Hyde until I have clinched the BSN/S and FA Trophy and then the BSP. That's my short term goal for now!
Dan: Yeah Dan that's Wales ticked off! Wanted to delve into the depths of N. Ireland but the game just wouldnt have me in the second league. Tried to get a job at the top so my rep would increase but even though Brighton were "flattered" they wouldnt hire me.
Charlie: Wanted to tick off the NI and Scotland but ended up at Hyde! Just going to attempt to tick off a few of the lower leagues first before I move on!

To be a treblist against TNS is immense, if you're a 19 year old right winger on your debut for Prestatyn in a cup final due to injuries to their 2 best right wingers, that is immense. The immensity of being a debutant got to Englishman Iain Childs for sure as he netted twice on his debut in one of the most important matches in Prestatyn history. A penalty (Jamieson) and a header (Newell) later, as well as going down twice to professional players such as Greg Draper and Lynch, Childs had reason to celebrate as he and the rest of the squad do the treble this year.
Charlie: Thanks for the comment! Seems like I've done it this year and will be looking to move on as quickly as possible lest I get too attached to this team!

Undefeated in 8 games towards the end with a 3-game winning streak before the "Premier League Final" against TNS. We were 1 point above TNS and we were playing them next. At least a draw and we would win the Premier League. Considering their inability to cope with Howells this season with Howells scoring 6 in 5 appearances against them, it seemed like we were definitely going to win. However, there was still doubt as TNS pulled it back to 1-1 and shortly after, 2-1 after half time with a penalty. Soon after, the FM gods decided the teasing was enough, and awarded 2 penalties for Prestatyn for unbelievable fouls in the TNS penalty.. Needless to say, Howells slotted both in calmly to make it 9 goals in 6 against TNS, and Newell sealed the game in the dying minutes to clinch us the Premier League title!
1 more game to go against... you guessed it, TNS in the Welsh Cup Final and I would take this result in the cup final anyday!

A bad clearance from Barker our keeper straight to Jones lead to a lovely strike which placed Llanelli right back into the match. Squire our playmaker is then sent off for picking up his second yellow card in the match for a bad tackle. 2 strikes right at the goalkeeper by Howells later, the ball lands up at substitute Bevan's feet and his shot is saved by the goalkeeper only to land right at McPike, another substitute, for him to knock it in to seal the win with his first goal of the season.
3-1 to Prestatyn, first and hopefully not last silverware this season! Kristian Howells the top goalscorer in the cup with 5 goals in total.
Definitely great to feel like I'm doing something here! But the financial bonuses from winning cups is abysmal..

Ins and Outs. Many ins and outs before the actual season started so I'd have to show you both "last year"s transfers and this year. especially since the most impact came from Kristian Howells from Afan Lido. He has been spectacular in partnership with another one of our new signings of Leon Newell. They have been what I would call what Demba Ba and Papiss Cisse have been for Newcastle IRL last season. Big impact on the goalscoring thats for sure.
That's it for signings and now on to the fixtures.
A shaky start with a 4-5-1 and then a switch to a standard 4-4-2 later on gave way to a brilliant run in the league. Kristian Howells co- top scorer last season leading the line with our other new signing Newell to great effect with an impossible amount of goals between them. Along with an already solid right back, 2 great left wingers used in rotation in Jamieson and Bevan as well as the same solid Scottish Stewart from last season and the creative force of Adam Squire, wins against TNS were possible, the biggest win of my career yet with a 5-0 win against Newtown, outscoring opponents seems definitely more likely now. I guess the philosophy of the Wales league for me is that if you can't beat them, get them to join you! Afan Lido must definitely be crying after I got Howells on a free transfer. He's under 19 too.
The great run of results about 10+ matches unbeaten allow us to be 2nd in the league, on par with Aberystwyth on 41 points and 2 points behind TNS. With our superb league form and TNS inability to cope with our attacking force this season, as long as we don't mess any must-win games up, the league title should be ours.
We are also in the Final for the Premier League Cup against Llanelli, after we knocked TNS out of the cup on aggregate 4-3. And also in the 4th round FA cup against Aberystwyth.
10 games in the league to go and Prestatyn can still achieve a treble this year. Can we do it?
Maiden: It's a good idea actually to jump ship because of the availability of BSP clubs anyway! Any rare jobs like wales or NI league 2 or the magical trio that are in Munster in Ireland and you should move on definitely!
Charlie M: Was a great achievement with Athlone! The cup that we won in the first season in the Premier League was definitely a big win for us as we were only able to be fighting relegation that season, but the next season was an outstanding one even qualifying for the Champions League with the League win! I would've stayed to see what I could do, but somehow my star players just wouldn't sign new contracts, so I said bye-bye to the club where I'm a favoured personnel.
Dan: Thanks Dan, definitely a solid season and I've improved this season for sure!

Sub par end of season, doesn't look too good for next season. I can only hope that it was fatigue that prevented the wins.. Decent results against the high flying teams. But thrashed by eventual winners twice. Crashed out of the cup 1-4 to a non league side, not the best way to win silverware in my first trophy-less season! Paul Clayton was definitely a smart signing and scored on his debut in a 1-0 win against Aberystwyth. Even though I signed him mainly for being a scout. Millington's first goals of the season in a pair as we won the last game 2-1. For the Euro spots I wasn't really interested and my players were already in the holiday mood so I guess 0-1 loss could be worse.
But! Overall, good season, finishing 6th in the league due to the grey line there safety netting us from falling below 6th! Got a lot of work to do before this side can be a title winning side!
Already signed co-top scorer from Afan Lido to help boost our chances of success along with another striker. That will come in the next season's post!
Still, I can't find a way to stop the club from bleeding money, I'm well within the wage budget. If there's any way to boost ticket sales and revenue I would be glad to hear it!
Maiden71: You feel my pain. The scouts turn up nothing and even if they do the standard is below par. My experiences with BSN - BSP seem to be 10x better than this though, but the good players tend to only sign non-contracts or demand too high wages. Maybe find some good loans?

A bad run into the league split with us picking up less than half the points we gathered from the first half of the season. 7 losses in 11 games is really relegation form and fortunately our first half of the season was good enough to put still allow us to be guaranteed safety from the drop. With our weak attacking options at the moment, I don't think we are able to force out way out of the 6th position we currently hold. Fortunately it seems like we are turning a corner here, with 2 wins in a row for a long time. The cup win was huge as we and a few other underdogs knocked out the rest of the Premier League teams from the cup, now the cups have only TNS and us from the Premiership and it should mean that we will probably be only 1 team away from the first silverware in Wales.
Here's the League table:
But then again, if you had given 6th position to me in the beginning of the season I would've taken it, so I guess it is pretty impressive for a first season back up!
Sadly, we are leaking money and the next season might see our wage budgets and transfer kitty reduced (even though I'm using less than half of the wage budget).
If anyone has any tips on how to earn more turnover, it would be greatly appreciated!!
Also, any tips for finding players in Wales, I'm a bit frustrated with the number of abysmal strikers in the player search. (and the scout reports)
Dan: Yeah 25 points behind with 9 games to go is almost beyond impossible though with the current quality and number of strikers we have, it's barely believable we've got this far!

Not really much in the transfer window, did bring in a few central midfielders to improve on what we had, unfortunately couldn't find any strikers that were good enough to even be backups for the 2 that we have now, Moran and Hughes, and brought in a Left back in Beck there.
Even with the new additions we quickly faced a full back problem as 3 out of our 4 full backs were injured within the first 5 matches. Fortunately some defensive midfielders filled in well and allowed us to not miss them too much.
A bad preseason considering we only played lesser teams (I'm not too sure about the english teams,Telford and Halifax but the rest were for sure). Brilliant results against most of the better teams to leave us in a good position in the league. However our first hope of silverware in the Premier League Cup ends with a 5-2 Aggregate loss to a team below us in the league, Bala.
A healthy 4th in the league, considering that we just came back up from whatever league that was below this. We should be far away from relegation, just hoping we might be able to sneak a trophy this season? But it seems unlikely. 4 points behind the league leaders TNS, who are also the only professional club in the league, besides beating them 1-0 for their only loss of the season
Dan: The Northern Ireland jobs felt more elusive if you ask me! But maybe it was also because they couldnt afford the compensation because I was still at Athlone Town. I have already lost 1 cup so this is going to be more than 1 season in Wales, but it seems like its gonna be the easiest of the lot but I may be wrong as well!
