You need to use the resource archiver to unpack “graphics.fmf”

Go to pictures>players>normal and delete all the folders.

Repackage the graphics folder replacing the original one.

Open the game clear cache and reload skin.

@priority76 FYI, Iran has an outdated kit in the World Cup pack as mentioned previously in this thread - for me not an urgent kit to update.

They'll likely be out the competition by the time I have a chance to change it. So 🤷‍♂️

Unfortunately @priority76 I am the 18/7 – 24/7 full-time Caretaker for my elderly Mom/Mum (83 yrs old) with severe Stage 6 Dementia, soon to be Alzheimer's Disease. Hence, I just barely have time free to play Football Manager for an hour or so. If things were totally different with Mom, then I'd be more than happy to help out with kits. But Mom's always come first, right? 🙂

Understandable my friend, that is indeed a tough gig. I wish you all best with it.

Should it always be free ? Have you ever considered that the creators on here spend many hours, unpaid to create all the essential add-ons for FM. Have you ever made even a minimal payment to those that have a PayPal account where you can make a contribution ? I somehow doubt it !

I am one the creators who has spent many unpaid hours making “essential” add-ons for FM. I would never dream of asking someone for payment. However, on this occasion if you wish to buy me a beer I shall accept.

I think we all have to some certain degree with the features this year.

I think I must be in a minority in that I'm delighted with the game this year. I had a great time with FM22 and the match engine now is really fun to watch and the new animations look great. I don't really care about any of the other new features. Most importantly we can still make 3d kits for it. 😎

They look really good. I would suggest adding some texture and correcting the logo placement. Download some templates and try and match where the logos should go.

Yeah exactly. Curious how for example SI handled the MLS customized patches or Bundesliga and EFL teams. We need to learn how they did it to make the patches properly

You can already see. Last years resource archiver works. To answer your question MLS patches are still on the 3d kits.

If so, I wonder if there are cases where sleeve patches should be omitted depending on the license.

Yes they are applied unconditionally therefore shouldn't be put on the 3d kit, otherwise it is put on top of it like you can sort of see here:
