I’ve just finished my kit! I’m really happy!
Two Things:
What file type does it need to be? Where does it need to be?
What do I need to do for the config file? I’m a proper noobie with this.

It needs to be a .png file. I keep mine in the folder sports Interactive/football manager 2021/graphics/kits/3d/

The easiest thing to do with the config file is copy one from another download. Change this bit:

Put the file name where is says “file name” and put the team id where is says team id. Do the same for away and third kits and put the config file in the same folder as the kits.

What size should the badges be on the kits?

Have a look at some other 3d kits which look good and copy the size and location. Also check it in the 3d kit viewer to see how it looks. Any other questions just ask.

Hmmm.. Did you edit the kits in the ingame editor? Already tried delete cache and reload skin (probably yes)?

I did edit the kits but it's never been an issue before. Tried all the usual things but didn't make a difference. I started a new game and in that it's fine. I guess it's just one of those quirks of FM.

I'm experiencing an odd problem with 2d kits showing up for a team. The kits are licenced in game so definitely aren't missing I've even tried copying them to my 2d folder and adding a config file but still they don't show up. Most strangely I have ‘allow licenced kits’ ticked but when I click continue it unticks itself. Any suggestions?

it is customary in Argentina to arrange with the sponsors after several games played, sometimes months go by, it all depends on the performance of the team.

That's interesting to know. So if a team starts the season well they can get a more lucrative sponsor.

The kits made by me are all looked at in the 3d viewer. Most of the kits in this pack are not made by me and are probably a bit out of date anyway. I'm in the process of updating some of the kits. I don't follow Argentinian football at all so I'm not sure if they are in between seasons now or whatever.

Thanks. I made Huracan kits not very long ago. It was this one with the hot air balloon on the front. Is this from last season? It's a nicer design than the new one! I don't follow Argentinian football, when does the new season start? I don't want to make the new kits until there are pictures of shorts and socks and the sponsors are known. Otherwise I will have to remake them.
