The black faces disappeared (players with no face in the facepack). I use the cut-out megapack for years and this never happened how can someone help?

I only saw the picture, not the request. I thought the request was Oktay Delibalta because of the id. Both are updated now with the mix up

Could you try to perhaps use a different image-hosting site in the future and find one which retains the image filename?

Besides, if one looks at your comment history, you've got a lot of requests pending over the last 3 weeks. Either they got cut and you didn't edit your original cut, or you've got more than the permitted 3 requests at a time. Either way, sort it out.
