in the club captain changes files there are only 7 changes made will there be any updates to this

also are there any changes to stadiums/clubs finances etc if so which folder are they in as I have other files and dont want any clashes

hey, to captain changes, we can do it by yourself using our FM Data Update, would help a lot,
Check the General Changes file, those changes should be there. (no finances)

I m not sure if european competitions can be presented normally. i tried to fix greek teams and for example there is always a greek team in ch.l. group stage. maybe coefficients must change

personally i have a .fmf file that removes all the injuries when you start the game.
it's a personal choice

as far as 15.3 and 16.0, of course they are outdated, fm 2015 is almost 2 years old game and only a few users have the patience to update them and 16.0 database is not used because we have 16.3

But do you not still need the Internet to run and pick up GPS signal? Is there a certain one of the app store to download to directly correspond with the game?

You still need it but requires less data and it's visually faster

pokemon go uses the google maps maps xD
so if you download them, the app doesnt require data/internet to download them again and again. try it
