After a good start, it seems that the moment continues. Month of September without any defeat, after having had two great games against liverpool and man city. Leaving these two games with 2 points is something positive for us. Also note the passage to the next phase of the EFL cup with a great victory over Bournemouth. We were formidable. It will be extremely difficult to continue with this phase but hopefully it will continue as long as possible.

We can say that we started on the right foot. Only with a defeat in August and an impressive victory against the spurs. We also managed to get to the next stage of the cup, which is very nice. In norwich it was a day to remember for the football supporters, a great game but unfortunately .. we couldn't get out of there with the 3 points.

FC Nantes have confirmed Christian Gourcuff replacement this afternoon. This follows after the francese's departure from the club later this month.

Nantes have sent ripples through French football following the confirmation of relatively unknown portuguese manager Miguel Ângelo as first-team coach. The manager 40-year-old is a shock appointment from Les Canaris.

This young coach, who live just outside Lisboa in Portugal, received a barrage of interest from portugueses clubs following their achievements with their local club.

FC Nantes confirmed the appointment in a press release which read: "We are pleased to announce that Miguel Ângelo will become first-team coach on a two-year-deal. They present innovative ideas that excite us and we are confident that he are the ideal candidate to help lead the club forward, not just this season, but far beyond."

This is a surprising signing by Nantes and in which we are curious how the new Portuguese coach will run his life in this new project.
