It's because you need to change this person type field as well

But is says this, do you know if he will be the manager or an assisant? Then you'll need to set it as player/non player and change the contract role to player/manager

He’s just a player for Farsley. He manages Doncaster ladies.

I disagree with how the transfers and loans are being done. They’re being done in real life time rather than game time so a player who goes on loan for a season is now going on loan for two season in the game, this seems wrong to me. We should ignore the calendar to a certain degree.
