Thanks for the feedback, always welcomed and good to have.

I understand your point, but as the game doesn't allow us to make individual packs for players and staff, they all go under one. In order not to make every old man in the game look like a 18 year old teenager with perfect hairlines stylewise, the only way to do it, is to incorporate a mall amount of "old-man" hairstyles into the pack, and hope they don't match the head of your beloved supertalent in-game.

To be honest with you, i am quite sure you have just been unlucky with that particular hairstyle, as it only makes up around 0,8% of the pack. I am running a game now, and did only see it once or twice which is almost nothing taking into consideration i am in 2023 and most players by now are new/regens.

Anyway if you still wants to change them there is a quite easy way:

Go into the WORLD OF HAIRSTYLES folder and find the following 3 folders: euro, hispanic and asian. In each of them you will find a short, medium and long folder. You need to locate the SHORT folder in each region (ASIAN, EURO, HISPANIC), because this is where you will make the change.These are the files you need to find:

ASIAN/SHORT:
black_129
black_130

EURO/SHORT:
black_147
black_148
blonde_126
blonde_127
darkbrown_203
darkbrown_204
lightbrown_143
lightbrown_144

HISPANIC/SHORT:
black_161
black_162
darkbrown_206
darkbrown_207

Find some hairstyles you like to have instead from the pack, copy them to your desktop and give them the same names as you see above. When done copy them from your desktop into the same folders listed above, and accept to overwrite. Go into your game, into preferences, clear your cache and restart the game. Problem solved!

Reminder!: I recommend you to stick with another black and short hairstyle as alternative for the black you will be overwriting, a blonde for the blond and so on.

Just some feedback on this pack
I'm not sure if it can be helped, but quite a few of my regens look like this, obviously it would be a perfect regen face for a staff member but he doesn't look 16

The only other thing I'd suggest is maybe changing the kit from white with gold to something more like OLT's newgen kits with a dark collar
