Business suicide? I think they'd survive....my point is that every year they release it's far from a complete product. This doesn't show up, that doesn't show up, match engine never tested properly. Games crash at certain points in timeline. How many patches so far? 2? 3? And they need to do another just to fix the problems the last one created - game's only been out just over a month!

You know, maybe SI should take a year off from releasing a Football Manager game - release transfer/database updates - but have a break and come back the following year with a game that doesn't have so many bugs n glitches, give themselves time to get things right instead of rushing out a work in progress every year. About time they considered the product instead of the cash cow.

Had an issue like this the other year with faces. I found that the FMF graphics file that comes with the game was a possible cause. I extracted the file, deleted the built in face pack, saved & overwrote the fmf file and this cured the problem. Not saying it will fix your problem castor but could be worth exploring?

Hammer - already said I'd do it but not home till late tomorrow night. If somebody does it in the meantime fair enough but late tomorrow/early Saturday is best I can offer.
