A good season really, two cup finals, a top four finish, three good youngsters in. Delighted to get back in the Champions League, gutted to lose out on away goals having dominated both legs. Beating Tottenham with a late winner was great but losing to Leicester was odd, Championship side won the FA Cup beating some big sides to win it. Tiago continues to be one of my best signings ever, bloke is unreal goals, assists all for five million, only 23, three seasons and averages 26 league goals a season, fast becoming one of my favorites all time FM players.

Good season really, improvement on the previous two while spending no money, played a few more of my youngsters, solid showing in the league, gutting to lose the FA Cup final on penalties, Hull caused me heartache in both cups, looking forward to Europe again but no the strains it puts on the squads which means I'll have to forget the domestic cups probably.

2075/76 - Didn't bring anyone in, got rid of a few players was delighted to get £30m for Rodrigues and £10m for Giron as they were good players but rarely played and constantly made and got a good profit on both, Rodrigues was a bosman signing.

If old players dont play they'll naturally decline much faster than one that is keeping match fit by playing every week.

I know reserves is a lower level of football but they were still playing that week in week out, odd cup and leagues games and seem to decline as rapidly, I'll see if I can get the screenshot when I get home of two strikers I had, you expect decline but they go from being top players to useless so quickly.

I find playing older players week in week out slows the deterioration rate, I've had older four star rated strikers end up with two stars by the end of the season through not playing. I think this is one aspect the game struggles with massively is how older players age so quickly, even more so the ones who never had great acceleration, pace, strength, work rate etc age shouldn't affect them no where near as much as a player whose game is based on physical stats but the game seems to treat them very similar.

I get them all the time for my players, ten years service, I normally try to get the club the player supports or use to play for and if not a big club, would be good if you get suggested clubs for a player testimonial for example Steve Moncur is a big Arsenal fan or played for many years for Chelsea, he or the game could suggest them as possible opponents..

In regards to tutoring to me you should be able to have a coach tutor a player or have them pay special attention to a player even more so if they played the same position as the player they are tutoring or share favorite clubs, ie Tim Smith is 17 Manchester United fan and plays for Bury and for example a Manchester United legend joins the Bury coaching staff.

Great to get Tiago in looks a great prospect, managed to get rid of three ex youth players for a large amount, I don't need Blake so 32 mil is a great price, considering he rarely starts for me, gutted to lose Stewart as he's a club legend but he needs to retire, over ten years of service for club and country, Finally got a feeder club in Portsmouth so I can start snapping up young talent and loaning them out easily.

Dreadful season on all fronts, very poor in the cups, Champions League was brilliant in the group then fell to bits against Airdrie, in the league was dreadful for the first half, kicked in second half but with ten games to go was so far behind I started giving the kids a few games. Must be better next year.

Dreadful start to the season, in the bottom ten in the league and out the Carling Cup but destroying the Champions League beating all the top teams, so smashing teams like Dortmund, PSG and then losing to some of the worse sides in the league, doing my head in.

What a season! Didn't improve the first team all season in the transfer market but seemed to perform brilliantly. To beat two of our local rivals in cup finals was superb, then to add in finishing in the top four of the league with the best away record was beyond hopes, considering our small squad with a few players getting on like Stewart, Hoyos, Caro, all put the clocks back and turned it on. When Ricetti was being a pain with his contract I dropped him for Flavell and it was the best decision all season as the England youngster came in and scored and setup plenty of goals, delighted, just need to keep it up next season. I think the club made a profit of over £100m this season, finally got the board to offer me more than a one year deal as well. The other player who has came on leaps and bounds if Fratto who is now one of the worlds best.

Brought in no one but a kid in January who is one of the future, let a few big players go, Kemp had done his time and had been a great servant but time to move forward, losing Acuna on a free was gutting. Renan on paper should of been class, he had scored goals everywhere, joined us and got seven goals in six years, went on to bang twenty this season at Madrid, bizarre. Cabonora was a squad player and the money was too good to turn down, sent a lot of players on loan as the board won't give me a feeder team to send loan players to which is doing my head in.

Not a great season, feel my golden generation are starting to come to their end a bit, first half the season we were dreadful, sitting in the bottom five with relegation form, second half we kicked into gear a bit, some very random results at times beating and dominating top teams then losing odd games. In the cups lost to Sheff Utd who finished runners up and in the Fa Cup lost to Chelsea in the semi who went on to win in the final, so respectable efforts till we faced top teams.Might look to cash in on some of my better but older players in the summer

Summer Business - Wasn't happy losing Garcia as he has been my first choice center back for years but wanted high wages and isn't getting any younger, delighted to get so much for Grbic and Kyoo as they barely ever played and Kyoo is basically 30, brought a few in for cheap, mainly youngsters.
