On the first question - the Data Update was paused on 21st October 2025 (I'm pretty sure), so I would take that as a cut-off date. Anything from that date onwards is worth a lookup and re-submission.

Just to set expectations and avoid disappointment editing will definitely not be opened on November 4th. November 11th is a more realistic target date.

This is both personal and technical.

(1) I'm in Australia for a wedding this weekend and then will be jet lagged.

(2) It's taking longer than expected to get all the data out and site updated this year with the introduction of women's.

(3) They keep updating the game and it's not clear what will be updated after November 4th.

@Footygamer Thank you! Do we understand when the cut off date was for the main database , I like to cross reference any updates and be prepared to submit early when we go live?

Also, are there any new roles we need to add this year? I recall we had to add Set Piece Coach to the update last yr?

He's still showing as an assistant manager when he is only a set piece coach First Team Staff - Norwich City

Surprised by this, he has never been set as assistant manager.

Sorry there's a bug which means the automated contract expiration will keep happening, I will try and get that fixed, for now it seems easier to just make him the U21 Manager since we generally treat anything in June as if its July 1st anyway.

I see, the article is wrong though. Here is the article about the hiring of him from the danish football association (it is in danish). He will starts as manager AFTER the tournament, not before 🙂
