The board of FC Bayern München AG and Jupp Heynckes have today reached an agreement for Heynckes to assume the position of FC Bayern München head coach from Monday 9 October until 30 June 2018.

Peter Hermann and Hermann Gerland will join Heynckes as his assistants.
