My level 53 character was deleted from the system last night. Was very angry last night but now I'm philosophical. If it comes back it comes back, but I'm going to start again today. It still says I have 341,000 in the bank and it shows the total money I earned and spent (3.5/2.5) but I can't be bothered to wait around to out it's definitely gone. Online release for this game has been a total mess, but here we go again.

I was level 18 and mines gone too. Its bullshit and i'm not starting again.

Lost 180,000 earlier absolutely fuming. I hate the dicks online too that just put random bountys on your head for no reason whatso ever and it usually results in me losing 1-2k from my bank, i was in Fannys game earlier (randomly joined me to your server) and noticed someone put a bounty on you twice, if that ever happens and im on with a mate i let them kill me for 7k and then we split the money. Still annoying though.

How anyone can be surprised that the biggest selling game of all time is having server issues is beyond me, give it a couple of days or something its not the end of the world.

I read a few days ago that Rockstar have only 3 main servers and they was in the process of buying more, that sort of stuff should of been done before the game came out. Rockstar are to blame im afraid.

Two points dropped against Blackpool, not helped by having a perfectly good goal ruled out. Missed a late penalty as well. Should have had a penalty in the first half as well, in a game that must have been a nightmare for Mr Mathieson to referee. Ten seconds and all those decisions. Which he got the lot right, erring on the side of leniency for McKenzie, who continues to be a thug.

Oh, and Duayne Holmes was absolutely sensational when he came on. 18 years old, League debut. Within five minutes he's set up the equaliser and lifted the whole place. A glimpse of the next player off the Academy production line.

Really rate him, i'll be suprised if he doesn't move onto the Premiership very soon, he really lifted the crowd too.

Your Offline pro is a save on your console, your Online pro is server based. So they're different.

World Class is so tough. I just played Wolves in the Capital One Cup as Arsenal and I swear I couldn't get the ball back from there. Scraped a 2-1 win but I had to work for it. Also, the way the ball just bounces off your players, even if you're not trying to turn or sprint with it, is infuriating.

Use realistic sliders. I used this guys last year and it did really feel realistic.

Anyone else noticed both your strikers stood BEHIND the defence in an offside position casually having a natter or something? Its annoying.

It needs quite a major patch tbh, it feels like a BETA version of the game.

Yeah this. People always bitch about it when it first comes out, coming up with loads of reasons why its rubbish but what it usually comes down to is them just not winning games all the time because it takes time to get used to the changes every year.

But the game will always get good reviews, the reviewers are reviewing it against... PES 14... FIFA doesn't have enough major competition, its been the leading football title since PES6 ffs.

I never listen to reviews anyway, i'll stick to what i know from what i've played and i think its a step back from FIFA 13.

I've read enough reviews and played enough of the demo to know that my opinion isn't going to swing massively when the game comes out. I've read seen loads of moany opinion pieces on Fifa and rarely agree with any of them, most people just seem to just blame the game when they're not very good at it.

Exactly, which makes the game feel scripted, whats the point in having a pace stat if a 50 paced player can catch a 90 paced player? The players turn like a jumbo jet, and the first touch of players like Xavi is terrible, i don't mind the first touch with smaller players, but when your playing with the supposed worlds best then its a bit of a wind up. Especially paying £44.99 too.

Not forgetting your strikers waiting behind the defense in an offside position for you to pass to them........

It's also hilarious that you moan about Ultimate Team being a con yet you're the sort of mug who pays £20 for early access to a game which is coming out in 1 week ffs.

So you've not played the game except the demo? Okay, reserve your judgement for when you get the game. I bought the season pack as i expected the game to actually be good.

I will start with a few things that get under my skin.

Ultimate Team
Ultimate team is a great mode, i remember the first day it was released, and now its FIFA's bread and butter game mode, however, EA's desire to fuck you out of your hard earned money seems more and more visible every edition, i feel like the lack of coins you are given per game is directly trying to persuade you to buy FIFA points with Real money, i will admit, i have bought FIFA points before, but you never ever get your moneys worth, it is a complete and utter wank, you have to play around 16 games and maybe win them all to be able to afford a 7,500 gold pack, and most likely you will get bugger all in it, its just an easy way for EA to persuade people to spend real money, i would argue that the only way these days to get a "dream team" is to spend stupid amounts of real money, they have conned everyone who has ever bought FIFA points and that is the cold truth.

FIFA 14
So, i spent 16 quid to play the early access and once again i am left with a sour taste in my mouth, the endless crashes, the poor servers, my career mode data has already corrupted once..... and i got to week 4 on the calendar, its a joke, the endless millions EA earn from FIFA and they cant even make a correctly functioning game.
Then it jumps to gameplay, the current Gen FIFA 14 is the slowest FIFA i have ever played and it is way to easy to score, this goes for headers too, headers are completely OP.
OK, i'll admit, i do love the new ball physics and animations, but that isnt enough, i have heard a lot of well known FIFA youtubers actually complaining at how slow it is when they played it early, without mentioning names, one funny black FIFA youtuber distinctly commented many times on how FIFA 14 on current gen was just not fun, it's slow and just not what we expect from FIFA, i have to agree, however, this youtubers will continue to play FIFA14 regardless of whether they enjoy it or not simply because it is how they make a living, and through these youtubers playing and showing off the game it will persuade the younger generation to once again purchase the newest edition of FIFA so they can stay with a trend.
Remember how call of duty first took off? it was because of youtube and a greedy publisher, and i'm sorry to say that there hasn't been a good COD since COD 4, i just really hope we are not seeing the same pattern with FIFA.

i have already had to delete a paragraph out of this because i mentioned something beginning with the letter S and ending in CRIPTING, its a shame really, but i will post this again anyway.
i am well aware that FIFA14 has received some great reviews out of the gate, but from some of the reviews i have read, the reviewers are not FIFA crazy and don't understand the ins and outs of the game.
anyway, this is all my opinion of course so chill.

Offsides happen too much, and sometimes your not even offside when offside is called!

Can't stand the movement of players, its like theres only 4 ways you can go. Left right up and down.
