beatingtalking to, I calmed down enough to drop his arse on the bench, Miranda is in for the next match.AND THEY DID!!!!! What a response from the team! Vincent lit up the match with a superbly scored hat-trick and at the same time benched Haddadou, who also scored. Miranda was no better Lauyan, maybe I should play without strikers?
Cedric Mensah got called up to the Togo National Team, International Experience will do him good, since he is yet to get a single competitive clean sheet
Finally one of my striker, Miranda, has scored a goal, 2 goals in fact, Lauyan can stay on the bench for all I care. Plus, Devon Romil got his 3rd consecutive goal, told you he'd be the catalyst to this team and I've just offered him a part-time contract, since he was on a non-contract.
That is the end for August, I truly believe the home match with the fan day helped emmensely, not to mention benching Launay. We're unbeaten in all and scored 11 goals in the process, a potentially good season is on the horizon.

That is it for my in-depth (lol) squad analysis.
Plus, don't expect me to talk much 'bout tactics, since I usually use a 4-3-3 formation in most of my careers, since it always works. And as they say 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it'.
Onwards towards my first match.

I went into this match with one target, to thrash them cus' they are a non-league team and Les Manceaux eats non-league teams for breakfast. After a nerve-wrackingly sh*t first 20 mins from us, Valentin Launay finally came good and scored, thus opening the flood-gates, fortunately Noah wasn't there to stop us. Nkusu scored another worldy, not long after. On a another note, I will be going for a new RW, since my current one has barely been present in any of my matches......I've got my eye on a PSG reject.
This was touted to have a cricket scoreline, but yet again, my strikers couldn't finish, with the goals coming from the midfield and defence. Both goalscorers are new signings though, that is quite promising.
?????....What can I say apart from the fact that we played like a bunch of school children, which was to be expected, but we somehow managed to scrape a win. At this rate we will need more miracles like this for us to do well this season.
Absolute domination, all thanks to Devon Romil, the former PSG man that I signed, as he scored 2 goals. Brilliant. On a side-note, Launay is still disapointing and can't seem to score.
Very, very even match, with both goals coming in the last 3 mins. Crehin's mistake was stupid, but no worries, he is our 3rd choice Winger.
The season is starting soon and I have finalized all my signings.....I'll have to see how my managerial debut goes, since I'm still not sure 'bout my team.

Before we get into it, lemme just say Paul Butler (our scout) has been working hard into finding the perfect lads to
exploit..uhrm, sign, I meant sign. But he says for his work to have any point, it must be seen in its full glory. In short, I'll put up the transfers after pre-season so as to get a clearer look. So, here is the pre-season I have lined up for my squad of wannabes. I don't see much of a challenge in pre-season, apart from Leipzig (Who have finished 2nd in Bundesliga this season), everyone is beatable.
So without further ado, PRE-SEASON
Contrary to what the stats suggest, we were absolutely sh*t, we only got 1 shot on target!!!. The only player worth mentioning is my goalie, Cedric Mensah, since he made 3 good saves. Apart from him; Everyone is terrible, no one even tries to play and my old nan would would be an improvement over the so-called strikers I have at my disposal. Paul has a lot of work to do in finding me players.
Another day, another well deserved thrashing. Ironically we played much better than we did last time, but with our darn luck, it came to absolutely nothing. Apart from Nkusu's absolute worldy, which gave me my first goal as a manager, and Cedric Mensah's disseapearing act, there was nothing worth mentioning about that performance. Even after signing local boy wonder and striker, Valentin Launay, my team still can't finish for the live of me.
Worst preformance yet, my striking team had an average rating of 6.4, while my defender were absolutely superb with a 7.4 average rating. Good news is, that new signing Fabien Balisier is proving a very strong presence at the back.....rewarding him with the Vice-Captains armband. While Valentin Launay was utter gobshite, we were basically playing with 10 men.
These 3 matches don't instill me with much confidence, I really am worrying wether I was a bit too cocky when I told the board I could win the league....even with 4 new signings, this team is lifeless and without a soul. But my managing will compensate.

Ahhhh, how the mighty have fallen....for far too long the proud people of Le Mans have wallowed in despair hoping for a saviour that never came.....But don't worry little children, your saviour has cometh forth to bring honour back to hearts of the French people (of Le Mans).
So it begins....Boards expectations were to achieve a play-off place, but I told them to shove that up their arse and that I will win this poor excuse of a league....Coupe de France on the other hand, coudn't give a rats arse.
The squad is sh*t and old, so that won't do, so off to the transfer market I go.
And to think this club couldn't be any worse, they have no scouts, no coaches and no physios.....that just won't do.
NEW SCOUT:
NEW COACH:
NEW PHYSIO:
Language barrier ain't a problem, since I'm fleunt in english, the players on the other hand will have to deal with this perceived hardship.
Onto the transfer market we go, finally.
Got my new scout....urgh....scouting a couple dozen player (all under-24, since I like 'em young-ish), hopefully it turns out good.
'til next time.
