No pets at the moment, though the other half's been hinting about getting a dog. I grew up with cats and dog in the house and had hamsters, rats, guinea pigs etc when I was little as well, so it'd actually be quite nice to have an animal in the house again.

Gives a frightening insight into the power of some of these UlraS groups. You can't help thinking of the scene in Fight Club where they follow the guy into the bogs "We cook your meals, we haul your trash, we connect your calls, we drive your ambulances. We guard you while you sleep. Do not... fuck with us"

Dreadful half from Lazio, a handball goal in the 3rd minute aside we've not threatened Napoli at all and it wouldn't flatter them if they were 3 rather than 2 up.

I'm sure the lower price tickets has a lot to do with Rangers' attendances tbf

I dunno, given everything the clubs been through there are probably a lot of fans that are willing to fork out on season tickets, attend away games etc this season to show their support for a club at it's lowest ebb when they probably wouldn't have bothered had it been another SPL season against the same old sides.

I know I've compared Hibs season in the 1st division and Rangers in the 3rd before and it's a flimsy comparison at best, but there are a few similarities. Our crowds were up that year compared to the previous SPL season and a lot of folk I know (I was a bit young sadly) started going to away games because they were at new grounds they'd never had the chance to go to before.

Aye, of the two registas, safe to say Pizzaro had the better game. Shame Fiorentina didn't manage to bring in another striker on the summer, other than that they look a pretty impressive side.

He just wanted to have fun. And not 11, it was 17, in my case 19. Could've been my father. omg

Did he make you call him 'Daddy'?

But seriously, that's pretty sad he's picking up wasted teenagers at his age.

Had to stop halfway through doing Hibs, it was just depressing how many positions have been filled with garbage for the last 5 years.

Lazio's isn't that different to our current side, though some of these guys like Kolorov and Zarate were one season wonders:

Marchetti; Lichsteiner, Radu, Dias, Kolorov, Ledesma, Brocchi; Zarate, Hernanes, Mauri; Klose

Seems Milan have confirmed that Allegri is still coach. With a tough run of games coming up you have to feel he's living on borrowed time.

Despite the loss there were a lot more positives than negatives in our match with Genoa. We totally dominated a side that really gave Juve trouble, our attacking play is getting better, Hernanes had another good game and Ciani looks a great addition as well. The only downside was the likes of Zarate, Candreva and Lulic dribbling and taking shots themselves when a quick pass would have been the best option against Genoa's bank of 8 behind the ball. Also, it turns out the 35 year old Biava isn't up to playing 180+ minutes in 4 days, it was him cramping up that let that walking STD Borriello in to score.

He did ok, seems to have made the left midfield position his own in our first 11. I wouldn't mind seeing him in the middle but he's doing ok where he is plus Claros had a great game yesterday, about time too.

It's an acquired taste I've been told, not surprised after trying it yesterday. Got drunk out of my mind off of it and I regret it immensely. Even when I smell it I want to throw up.

Been there, when I was 14/15 we sometimes had to make do with a couple of bottles of whisky and afterwards you went right off it for a few weeks. Probably not the best idea to waste a good single malt by getting wrecked on it either.

Aye it's really out of hand in places. There was a piece in the new World Soccer about the dodgy way transfers are carried out in Argentina (using a 3rd, "bridging club" from Uruguay to avoid tax payments) and it seems Independiente are bucking the trend and actually releasing accurate information on their transfer deals and player ownerships, turns out they have a few players where they own nothing and their entire rights are split between 3rd parties. I'd imagine that'll be quite common at other clubs too.

Was at Easter Road yesterday to see us throw away a 2-0 lead and have to settle for a draw, reminded me of the days under Blobby Williamson where we seemed to forget a match lasted 90 minutes.

Cagliari v Roma called off after the temporary stadium failed the latest round of safety checks meaning the game would be played behind closed doors. Then Cagliari's president decided it was safe enough and urged all their fans to attend. Fearing a potential riot from fans locked out the ground they decided the safest thing was to call the match off.

You couldn't make it up...

Pansy.

Have to agree with KM here, whisky is great. Then again, your in your first year of Uni so no doubt you'll be firing down loads of the typical sugary sh*te they hand out in 2 for 1shots and things. Plenty of time to develop a taste for proper drinks when you're a little older.

I read somewhere that Sao Paulo only have 38% of his rights which is slightly less than the 45% Santos had. It looks like DIS or another third pary bought up the rest.

Given all the negative press I'm sure they'll get it sorted Bian, besides you can always download Google Maps and use that for the time being.

I'm on an iPhone 4 that's almost 2 year old and apart from a dodgy home button it's hanging in there, I'm certainly not going to get a 5 till around Christmas when there'll hopefully be some decent deals on.
