Doesnt work... at least in that directory mentioned: "Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2019/"

Archive with the right ball unpacked? The "mesh" folder from the desired archive should be in "Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2019/". After that, restart the game if clearing the cache and resetting the theme did not help. it should work.

For some reason my computer won't let me take a screenshot, but it is during Champions League games (not Bundesliga), in particular the adboards on the the stadium.

I have no such problem, as well as the rest ..

INSTALLATION:

1) The ads and graphics folder from the archive is copied along the path:
for Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2017
for Windows 2000, XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User\My \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2017

2) Go to FM and in the game settings on the "General" tab - "Additional interface settings": "Use caching to reduce the time of loading pages" - uncheck "Update the skin after confirming the changes in the settings" - tick
3) Select the desired skin
4) Reload the skin
