I've got everything working with this config.xml: https://gist.github.com/jonnybarnes/bf78fd02d4599fd7c7c0

Basically the original one was still trying to "skin" fulham, norwich, and cardiff's kits, but the pack didn't actually come with kits for these.

The above config only applies the kits that are actually in the pack.

I think i know the problem. It seems the logos you (Hammer) made were saved as PNG-8 (that's why they look very blurry) and not as PNG-24 - so they aren't displayed correctly in the game and they look corrupted. Try these, they should work:

You're doing the whole Belgian league, cool. I'm fine waiting for the whole pack. I know I can't style every team in the game, so I'm asking for kits for the teams I come across in the Champions League so I wan going to ask for Club Brugge next anyway

Also, could I request the kits for AIK: Home and Away (home is black top, away is white)

Guys i thin fm workers dont update some kits. For example national team, ukrainian league and some others have exactly the same kits as in fm 2013. I searched but neither spain nor belgium and others have 3rd kits. I changed them from ediyor. It requires little bit of work but if you want you can change them. Tomorrow or teo days later I will publish the ukrainian league pack and you can understand what i mean after you see the kits

I'm assuming changing them in the fm editor won't show up in a save game?

Maybe the third kit was last seasons away kit? Like Man Utd sway white shirt from last season is this seasons third kit.

I renamed the gladbach kit file names to get rid of the aportphe and the nurnberg kit file names swapping the u{umlaut} to just a u. and then made this config.xml file which works for me. https://gist.github.com/jonnybarnes/7666556

The only problem I had, and FM is closed so I can't check right now, was I think with Mainz third kit not being in the pack.
