I guess if I edit the current newgan faces config file and add manally the staff I want is ok, right?
Any solution about the AI staff faces?I've downloaded the pack but I don't know how to make those faces work in-game.

I tried with various skins and it works, I don't see why it shouldn't work since it's an editor data file. You just need a new save and select it to make it work and finally it's compatible for all versions.
@NatanPolak @Fwied this screenshot is from todays test i made until the summer of 2028.Nothing wrong with this editor data file, might be something else you use and your save crashes!
guys the database has only text changes, never been to basic or advanced rules

Keep an eye on the Italian fm fan base forum, fmfusion, every year guys there release 2 databases, one with Serie D and the 2nd big one that goes down to level 7

If someone wants to change something small, he can do it very easy as @DazS8 says.Now if most people want white text on Champions League or Premier League or whatever, i can upload a version like this.
I did a test for 2 years with no problem…. What other db files did you use?I didnt make any changes except fixing names,dates and history, never went into e.g. Nation rules tab! Its strange

Yes mate, whatever goes in to your editor data folder, always needs a new save to work…
I don't know if there's a bug on Opz skin this year but whatever you click on (competition,club,person) letters are always white, the combination with that pink looks great i think (in that specific skin) imo.
