Gave it a go I know it is not quite right
If anyone can make the stripe pattern I am happy to make the kit, my photoshop skills are not great which is why I have not made this kit already.

I am struggling to find the Palmeira pattern but happy to make the kits in the coming days and then if someone releases the template for the Palmeira kits update that kit with the pattern.
