An update on how the squad building is going. This is essentially how the squad would roughly look in 2-3 seasons if I wasn't to add to it. Technically Kris Ajer breaks a lot of rules however I imagine there will be a bid for him before then anyway....
Squad Building
Current first-team squad members: 25
Squad size at the end of the season: 32
Reserves: 17 (11 out on loan)
So as you can see from the numbers the squad is very bloated. I have an idea of at least 10 that will be shipped out permanently an...
Domestically the wheels have come off a bit. Since dropping points for the first time of the season against Hearts we have only won 3 in 7 league matches. We have spectacularly threw away a 6 point lead and are now behind on goal difference with a game in...
Facility Upgrades
So I've now had time to have a proper evaluation of the Scots under 30 at the club. This is how we line up meeting the criteria in the first post. I have looked to extend all of their contracts so essentially these are the players I'll look to i...
I've managed to make one transfer out so far, hopefully, they make it permanent.
I promoted two youngsters to the first team and both are performing well. Ewan Henderson particularly. We now have 11/25 Scottish players in the first-team.
The fir...

We've had a great start to the season with promising friendly results and a comfortable 1st round CL win. I have struggled to even get anyone out on loan as I disabled budged in the first windows. I assume there have been some changes this year. So t...
My main priority looks like it could be a struggle finding some good quality centrehalfs
Current First Team

So back again after a long break from FM now that I have the time. Going to be starting a homegrown challenge with Celtic with the ultimate goal of repeating the feat of the Lisbon Lions.

The following groups of players will be availab...
Player stats so far as follows. I have arranged for some players to leave and some to join in January - the overhaul has begun.
So we've had a good start to the season only dropping points in two games off the back of big fixtures. In the UCL we are now a win away from the last 16 providing Man City beat PSV.
Scott Sinclair, Odsonne Edouard, and Leigh Griffiths are all on do...
Silver linings...
Well that was eventful. We finally lost after 68 (+39IRL) games.
January was quite the month. I brought in two Scottish centrebacks to drive up the number of home-grown players in the squad and broke the club transfer record in the process. I replaced the keeper I brought in with Itumeleng Khune and made a small profit...
A chance to put things right against Jose...
We were so close to losing our domestic undefeated run and going out of the League Cup. Not one but two injury-time goals led us into the final.
The following loans were extended.
Well we done it again - another undefeated domestic treble.
@Shedender only Thistle, Rangers St. Johnstone stand in our way. Also Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup.
Finished on 10 points I believe...
@Shedender so am I to be fair. They've got 3 players on double digits with goals and Foderingham has 2nd highest clean sheet record. However between the beginning of December and the end of January they only won once in 9 games.
Not so fast @Dan I need to lift the Europa League first...
I think we might have broken the record for earliest league win - in February! Domestic form incredible once again this month while resting key players. We somehow went over to Germany and gave Dortmund a beating putting us in the driver seat for a place...
Turns out it was an undefeated run...
It was a strange start @gaz12321 but I reckon we can pull it back and finish in the top 6 or so.
Some might call it 1 win in 5 games. I prefer Santa's undefeated run comes to an end.
Another great month. Max points, win over Rangers, Scottish Cup progress, Scott Brown back from injury and some good transfer business.
