Try removing the old folder first. WIndows system is case-insensitive, so sometimes overwriting wouldn't happen.
ESP-1-3 is one part of KCC. You should use one or the other.

North Macedonia is already included in the fix. Maybe it's just not in the picture. Current no plan for African leagues.
