Seeing the third kit depends on the database you downloaded, it is present in the config but there is no image.
So it's a problem with the database you downloaded, not a graphical one.

I found the solution on the bug tracker, basically for the licensed leagues you have to uncheck 'league matches' so it doesn't force its calendar on you but the one you provide.
