hey guys i have a staff pack of a team i have cut and i am confused on where to upload it i see two options on the cutout page a NEW TEAMPACK REQUEST and UPLOAD A PACK FOR RELEASE buttons which one do i use for a staff pack thanks

hey guys, as you can see from this photo the top of the hairline has been cut and you cant see the full head is there a way in photoshop to copy the hair strands and paste it it to the top of the cut????
