On the way back from Nottingham forest wasn't good forest defo deserved to win but the ref was appalling the first pen for them was a joke Hanley hardly touched him and lansbury went down soo easily he then scored a pen which Eastwood so nearly saved they then got another pen when henley bought down patterson that looked more like a pen but still not sure and he whacked that in too celebrating and kissing the notts forest badge in front of the blackburn fans pissed me off and after that he got nearly every decision wrong but ultimately forest deserved it and looked alot better than us very quick too we did hit the post at 2-1 which was gutting. Marshall goal was us for quality! Big game home to derby next week

This is purely judging by FLS but Bolton looked incredibly dreadful.

Desperately unlucky not to take something from QPR yesterday. If Ward or Hogg could have taken golden chances in the first half we could have been out of sight by the break, but they didn't and we faced a quality striker in Austin. We had a warning in an extraordinary bit of play when they hit the bar twice and Smithies made a save in about five seconds. But we took plenty of positives, playing much the better football and reducing QPR to threatening from set-pieces alone.

Pleased to see Simon Eastwood doing well. When he left us he looked destined for a career in non-league anonymity as he had a problem with letting lots of stoppable goals in, but he's doing well. I assume that he's not had cramp after an hour at any point, though? Made one appearance for Town and that's what happened

Ince sacked, not a surprise. Even when they were doing well earlier in the season, it was still obvious what was going to happen when the season really got going.

Very poor manager and comes across as thick as two short planks, too.

Hasn't he not been sacked from almost every club he's managed, bar Macclesfield?

Shame. He was doing a good job of dragging them down. Hardly surprising though, they were awful on Saturday.

I think he was poached by Blackburn when he left MK Dons the first time, and then resigned the second time.

Resigned because he wasn't being given what he felt was a competitive budget after finishing 13th. Karl Robinson guided them to the play-offs 2 years running after that.

Three new signings for us today.

Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro (tranmere) joins on loan until the end of the season
Andrew Tutte (Rochdale) signed on a permanent deal
Oh and.....yeah.....Clive Platt *shudders*

Marco Navas left the club leaving Jesus all alone in his City wonderland

That was it. Which kinda shows him up given Robinson was his assistant, I think.

We played Derby at home today and a point was probably the right result! 1st half was poor and neither team really looked like scoring Kilgallon was very good today in the absent of Scott Dann him and Hanley did well in defence it was gutting that Marshall had to go off stretcher after his own tackle it didn't look good Rhodes and Gestede combined again for the goal another good left footed cross by Rhodes and a header in by Gestede and Dawkins and Hughes were class for them looked really good players. Bamford's goal for them was also a class finish and he nearly scored again shortly after we could have done with a win to close in on the play offs. When Marshall went off injured we should have brought on Mahoney or Dunn and not Williamson as then we are too negative and him and Lowe can't pass it and when Taylor and Cairney are knackered towards the end and we still have one sub he should bring on some fresh legs but overall it's a decent point!

What do you make of Brandy resigning from us on loan? Really hot headed character, two sendings off for us this season, psychically he's brilliant, technically he's poor.

Seems to take players on with ease but to no end product, not rated by us lot anyway.

He scored a hat-trick for us at Notts County today, so I'm not going to complain about having him back.

Bullshit, anyone know why? There were a lot of games on. It's like when there were no Championship games but a full roster of leagues one and two yet the Beeb still didn't have a FLS.

There were only 4 Championship games, not really fair on Leagues 1 and 2 I agree but I'm guessing that's the reason!

If anything it was a good chance to give more coverage to L1 and 2.

It is a bit shit, they only seem to cater mostly for the Championship, which is fair enough in most respects, there's bigger teams in it but for them not to show two full leagues worth of games (bar a couple who were playing in the cup) because one league was busy is a bit of a piss take imo.

I'm almost sure they usually have the FLS on when it's the international break.

I'd have just thought they'd still do a program providing there was enough games on. Maybe they didn't think there was.

Couldn't go to Barnsley away today which I was gutted about but we drew 2-2 by the sounds of it we hammered them 1st half and Cairney scored a wonder goal but 2nd half again we sat back we always do that and it never works 14 shots in the 1st half 0 from 45-70 mins we had late chances too but didn't score 2 points dropped I feel there was even 9 minutes added on after a bad injury to Williamson our 2nd in 2 weeks. Rhodes had late chances too. Need to beat Blackpool at home on Saturday!

Disappointing result last night. Still, would help if we could get our first team out for a change - Lynch, Hammill, Hogg and Vaughan all missing along with Paterson. Basically, our best four players from this season were missing, and anyone in this league would struggle in those circumstances.

Having seen the highlights, there's no way Bournemouth's penalty is a penalty. He's tripped by his own man! Grabban and the other lad go for it, Grabban very clearly clips the lad's ankles as he goes through, and even stumbles. That said, it's a really tough one for the ref given the close proximity of the three players, and he's reached a very obvious conclusion.

Our games at Accrington and Mansfield were both called off due to waterlogged pitches so no news on the football front.

On the other hand William Edjenguele has finally fucked off. Absolute bombscare. Cost us 500 points at least. And Daniel Nardiello signed a permanent deal (as expected). Brilliant news!

TM, we've signed Jack Hunt on loan. Thoughts? McLaughlin looked quality on his debut, but sadly he's injured so we've brought in Hunt to replace him. My only memory of Hunt is the game last season, at Oakwell where he played really well.

You aren't far wrong, although a point was probably fair. You were easily the better team in the first half, and we took the lead against the run of play. We changed it at half time, Dawson went off and Digby came on. He sat in front of the back four as you were embarrassingly walking through our midfield in the first half, and did exactly what we needed. We stepped it up and got a penalty, albeit a soft one and then we went on to have some good chances after that and could've won it.

P.s. thank f*ck Josh King didn't play. That lad rips us to shreds every time he plays against us.
