Hi there. As per the thread title, please read the OP before requesting. This thread is not to request people to collect images for you but to actually provide them yourself. Besides, I believe the Rangers team have perfectly good cuts in the megapack at present.
You can find them yourself using the megapack search function or download Part 1 of the Rangers pack, part 2 and the youth team. The sources were from the pre-season photoshott iirc. Keep in mind, however, that the megapack may contain newer images for some of these players if they were requested in the individual threads since then.
In short, download the megapack and you'll have the best images for all...

It doesn't work like that and it would take too much work to make sure that all the players in each league are contained in each pack, and then having to update it with player transfers, staff movements and promotion/relegation. It's already hard enough work keeping on top of it as it is...

If you want them to be cut, then I'd recommend that you collect them and request them as per the OP.
I'd say that a good number of them will not be in the game yet, but the large majority of them will be included in FM15 so I would suggest that the players not in FM so far are still collected and cut in anticipation of them being added in FM15
