What's better than to start the thread with this video. Força Fluminense.
Also, it seems Ganso has changed clubs to São Paulo. Expecting some fishy third party involvement there.

They're also one of the few clubs in Argentina to properly stand up against the barra bravas.
To be fair, he has got thyroid issues. He is really fat, though.

The kung-fu grandmaster is Argentine though, to the surprise of no-one.

Disagree massively with this. Third party ownership can be a great thing in football, it actually keeps the domestic transfer market relatively inflation free. Also prevents clubs doing a Portsmouth and spending massively beyond their means.
Disagree with this too. Of the European leagues I've watched none come near Brazil. The Brazilian game is very counter attacking, nothing in Europe is like it.

I didn't mean European in style. I meant European in terms of quality. It's easily the richest league in South America, the big teams have the money to bring in the best players from around South America - as well as the likes of Seedorf from Europe - I find that boring. I watch South American football for something different and, apart from Neymar, I find Brazilian football boring.
In other news, River have fucked off Matias Almeyda, and have brought in (former-Oxford United manager) Ramon Diaz to replace him.
Boca will be getting rid of Falcioni soon too.

Anybody watching?

Highlight so far being that the commentator most certainly has English as his second language.

Was it that Brazilian guy who says 'he kiiicks it'? He's great fun.

It can only be a good thing that he's dead, unfortunately for him.

I post that and then Brazil score

No idea how Federico Fernández is still starting for Argentina either. He was terrible again.

I can sort of understand when they play in Europe as the players are based here (even though its really a bit unfair on people in the countries) but there seems no logic to it being in China.

Commercial reasons probably.
