The Amazing Spiderman - Been meaning to watch this for ages and i now wish i hadn't. For me its no where near the standard of the original Spiderman films and i fail to understand why this was even made? Very poor film imo.

I have it as far better on all fronts and actually closer to the comics. I smirked like mad when he actually built his webslingers this time.

Watched Prometheus last night as the other half hadn't seen it before and it was just as bad as I remembered it being in the cinema. At least this time there wasn't all the buildup and I could actually enjoy the AVP level nonsense as people started getting bumped off in stupid ways.

Seven Psychopaths. Found it really funny and entertaining, and thought the cast was absolutely perfect. Think its maybe a little bit hollow but it was nice to see a film that was just crazy and fun so it doesn't matter too much.

Sam Rockwell is the fucking man too. That guy is great in everything.

I've just watched Life of Pi, It's stunning in 3D and has a decent story, for the sheer awesomeness of the 3D experience I'd give it a 8/10, However I think the 2D would only get a 6 or 7.

Just watched a French film called Untouchable/Intouchables. It's the first time I've ever watched a film in another language, always been put off by them but glad I watched it. Great film.

Taken 2, took a little while to get going and the whole plot was a bit too obvious, but i enjoyed it and do recommend it to pass some time.
