When you are creating the new game, you have to select the 13.3 database (Updated Database) and select all the editor data of the new Season Update (remember to select the Far Oer Championship); when you have to select the nations, remember to choose the Far Oer.
You have to select May 2013 (Far Oer) as starting date and tick the option "Use real matches when available" (second option)

All the promotion/relegation of the world no, because we haven't directly changed teams in the divisions and some championships are impossible to be reproduced exactly in the editor; we have did promotions/relegations of like 25 championships

Only thing for me i want to change is Monacos budgets, they are just secure with low transfer and wage budget but no obviously have massive budgets for both!
