Problem Uploading Files

Have tried a few times today to upload a 7zip file, its 191MB big. Each and every time i try, it loads for 30 seconds or so before going to a 'page cannot be displayed' page for some reason? I uploaded one yesterday fine so shouldn't be a problem my end i don't think?

What sort of time where you trying this? We had some problems earlier where the whole site was down, it may have been effected by that.

Also this "page could not be displayed" error, did it look like a browser error or a more friendly page generated by our server (I realise that's vague, if you could do it again and screenshot that would also be useful)

Throughout the afternoon and last time was about an hour ago i reckon.

Just that its a little while making adding the pics and filling in the text boxes, so when it goes wrong it drives me bloody MAD!

Okay i'll have to do some more investigating, as you know it did work before. The max is 350mb so the size shouldn't be an issue either. If it doesn't take you too long each time, you could try in Firefox etc

What you can do is change the file to be something other than the 7zip, like 7zip a small image or something. If it works then I know for sure that it's the large 7zip file that's causing the problem and not something else (i'm sure it is, but i'll feel stupid if I chase the wrong error for ages)

Got this in both Chrome & IE, file was just under a 1MB.

Okay made some changes, can you do another one and this time can you not do a "test thread", do it as you normally would, with all the screenshots, title, description etc that you would for the actual file, but just used the small 7zip instead.

Really sorry this is happening and thanks alot for keeping trying.

Okay try again, those previous errors where from a different error so i'm still not totally sure. I have downloaded the file so can upload it for you after you create this dummy file
