Activation key not sent FM14

I just purchased FM 14 via your Sortitoutsi. I have the receipt of the purchase from paypal but, unfortunately, didn't receive the email with the key in order to activate the game throught Steam.
I already contact http://fm2014uk.nexway.com/contact.html but still no anwser..
what should i do then?

You should be refunded the same way that you paid, sorry that you had this problem there are a few restricted countries and regions unfortunately.

had to wait little more to play FM.

I have just bought the game and waiting for the email.
When it is taking some time i refresh the page and they said:

Your payment was refused and the ordered will be cancelled .

Does this mean that Nexway rejected my payment?
I have check with my credit card bank saying that the transaction was successful.

I have emailed Nexway Customer Service and waiting for their reply.
I'm from Malaysia btw.
