Scout players getting offered by agents

Hi guys!

I used to have a button to scout a player, when a player is getting offered by an agent, but it seems i has gone away for some reason.. How do i get it back?

I apologize for my lousy english, but i hope my quostion is understandable.

You need to check your staff responsibilities and make sure you have a scout/DoF set up to scout players offered by agents.

But where do i check that? I already have looked in staff responsibilities, but cant seem to find it. I have my chiefscout to give the other scouts assignments and update me in what they find.

Haha weird, I can't find it either now. And I'm pretty sure I did it when I started 2 days ago

Yeah, me to but i can't find it now, nad its really annoying.
