How to import the tactic to Football Manager 2013?

1) Import the tactic to the specific folder: "Your Documents" > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2013 > Tactics

2) Go to the <b>Overview Panel of Team Tactics</b> - choose Add Tactic - Options - Manage Tactics - Choose to open Archive Tactics and add Barcelona Tiki Taka Domination Extreme 4-3-2-1 by Passion4FM

Had to restart playing FM13 and loaded up the Cypriot league,so am Playing Altrincham in Conf N Kerkyra in Greek A and Paraliminou in the Cypriot league,I use a differenet tactic for Para and Alty,but have started using this one for Kerk,i was struggling at the bottom of the league with 1 pt.My first game with this tactic was a home to Parathinikos who were 2nd,we won 1-0 just played my second game away and won that one 2-1 against the team in 8th place,so seems to be working so far.I am very pleased with this tactic.Thanks for a great job.

Love the possession stats my team gets with this formation. Was Aston Villa and finished 6th. I had to use the shout 'play ball into box' because too many times, my players were trying unnecessary long shots.

Great tactic for Barcelona, won 2 leagues and one Champions but in the third season the AI seems to control it, any tips?
