Premium subscription problem

Hi i'm unable to subscribe to the premium using paypal as it indicates i had insufficient funds. But i had credit/debit card link to my paypal account. Is it possible that i just pay directly from my credit card?

I think you should be able to pay just by credit card there should be an option for that when subscribing, this is what you should see (i've highlighted it in yellow)
