in my game, the topscorers are not scoring as much as in real life.
After 34 matches, the league topscorer have many times about 22 goal. A bit low i think comparing to real life.

also c.ronaldo and messi are scoring every season about max 20 goals.

anybody else got the same issue or how can i help it?

Messi and Ronaldo in real life are doing an extremely abnormal thing which is very rare to see on FM.

Aye. The AI managers are not playing them the same way as they are played in real life either, a good human manager should be able to get both Ronaldo and Messi to score ~35-40 goals per season.

Excluding those two the top scorers in real life usually get between 20 and 25 goals, 30 goal seasons are very rare in the top leagues.

but the topscorers in the history list scoring more all the time than the seasons i play

They seemed to have nurfed the scoring from FM12, where it was easy to get a striker scoring 50+ goals a season. Now it tends to be much more realistic. The only issue is, as you've touched upon, is now under the AI Messi & Ronaldo don't score nearly as much as they do in real life.

Though they didn't do that under the AI on FM13 either. The AI tend to use both as rather traditional wingers/inside forwards whereas in real life both clubs adjust their tactics so that their goalscoring will be as high as possible.

Yeah I mean after FM12, Messi and Ronaldo don't score as many as they really should. Can't really speak about FM14, but seen a few screen shots where they are only scoring 20-25.
