Just a reminder, if you allowed Steam Workshop to copy your logo files to it's seperate folder, you will need to do that process again, and then delete the updated logos from your main graphics folder, then reload the skin again. Otherwise the game will listen to the "graphics" folder xml and not the individual xmls in the Workshop folder, which leads to all of the missing logos.

But the thing is: some of them works, and some o them doesn't. For example: Portuguese 2nd division is okay. The 1st not so good... It's strange? Should I download the pack again? Can it solve this?

Yeah you have to be careful of the Steam Workshop problem - it's a similar issue to Windows UAC in that it decides where and what to do with you added content in the documents folder so it's best to turn these things off really.

The default path is Docs\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\graphics\pictures and if you extracted the file into your SI folder thats where it should be.

As soon as I downloaded and extracted the latest update I have noticed a problem - I'm not sure if it's just my game though or not.

yeah the nations folder should be fine, and if you could check the Confeds config to make sure it's there and correct.

Yeah, but thats the problem - you have the confederation logo showing and that logo should be the association or country as the config line nation\flag\logo should determine that one so somehow that config is in your confeds folder and picking those ones up.

Go into your Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\graphics\pictures\logos\Metallic Logos\Nations\normal folder and disable the config by renaming to config_bak or something, reload the skin and the flags will display.

They certainly are. I've looked at the config, all seems fine there. Even gone so far as to extract the graphics fmf folder, delete the logos & re-archive that. Still the same. I'm stumped :-/

Well if thats the case open up the Football Manager 2014\graphics\pictures\logos\Metallic Logos\Confeds\Normal folder and just see if the lines read like it should, which is

<record from="2" to="graphics/pictures/continent/2/logo"/>

If it reads

<record from="2" to="graphics/pictures/nation/2/logo"/>

then thats the problem, but I dont see how it could be that tbh.
