does anyone know of a Mod that gives the CountryFlags in a Plyer-Detail-Screen instead of those Footbll-Association-Logos???

The association logos are only there because your logo pack puts them there.

If your logo pack has a separate folder for nation logos you can just delete that. Don't think there's any way of keeping the association logos on the team screens and then using flags in the player screens.

one more question: does anyone know if and how i can become a manager of both club and national team? i currently manage a club, but dont get an offer for a national job, and if i apply for one, i have to leave my club!
