Crazy completion date on new stadium

Hi,
I'm in my 7th season (fm14) and I've been waiting on my new stadium to be completed. It was due next season but when i looked at completion date it didn't make sense. It was originally 1/1/2023 but now it says 176/12/32767.
I assume its a glitch??
