Stuck Schedule Bar

I need some advice with a peculiar problem that's blighting my game time.

In the team training window, between 'General' and 'Match' training, is is the schedule slider. Mine, for amateur team Salthill Devon, in preseason, is 90% general and 10% match. The problem is, the slider won't work. It won't move left or right, leaving me completely unable to adjust the ratio between the types of training. Anyone else having this issue? Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong? All training responsibilities are set to me, the team are back from holiday and in training.

I loaded a game with Port Talbot (Semi Pro) and no movement on the bar
Then Arsenal, and the bar moves. I find this really odd cos as an amateur or semi pro team shouldn't you have MORE control over the limited time spent training?

No, they are not full time players. They generally have a job during the day so cannot train full time
