Referee

Sorry if this is a bit silly but has anyone noticed that for some reason all the top referee's like Howard Webb, Andre Marriner and so on only seem to ref the lower league like Skrill north and lower.
Were all the games in the Priemer league and so on are refereed by made up names.
Is there anyway to change this?

Could just be your game, my two Premier League games have been refereed by Mike Dean and Neil Swarbrick.

Are you play with any updates or addon's as they both have only ever ref games at non league level in my game but i am play with the Level 9 addon.

I'm just using the default database, no add-ons.
